Pop up weddings explained

A lot of people think pop up weddings are spontaneous and quick. This can be true but our talented team also plan in detail your elopement, wedding, vow renewal or commitment ceremony up to 18 months in advance!

The concept of a pop up wedding is well known internationally, particularly in Las Vegas where The Pop Up Wedding Chapel has become an icon. And it's fast becoming a popular alternative to traditional style weddings in Australia.

Generally 2.5 hours in length, a pop up or micro wedding provides everything you need in a wedding day condensed into a small amount of time. There are no limitations on guest numbers, you can choose to have two witnesses in attendance or up to 150 guests. We only limit the numbers of your wedding to the capacity at your chosen location.

We have a number of venues at hand to ensure a beautiful celebration but we also love working with any other vendors you have privately sourced.

Packages

All our pop up wedding packages include:

Your very own dedicated wedding planner, an amazing venue or location, ceremony furniture and styling, ceremony music, an Authorised Marriage Celebrant with all your legal paperwork, a one or two hour photo shoot with up to 150 edited digital images, a semi-naked wedding cake with a fresh floral topper, bridal bouquet, consults and on-the-day wedding coordination!

We also offer many other services to “Level Up” your special day and can even plan and coordinate your wedding reception in any location.

How do I book?
Check out all our pop up wedding and elopement packages and contact us with your wedding date, preferred location, number of guests and any questions you have. We’ll then create a custom quote based on your requirements and advise the booking process.

Does your team travel?
For sure! We're open to travelling to where ever you need us to be (subject to our availability, of course). We regularly pop into the Hunter Valley, Maitland, Port Stephens and other northern areas of Newcastle.

Yes we certainly do and are strong supporters of same sex marriage. All our packages are available to same sex couples who are wanting to celebrate their union and commitment to each other.
